"My time being tutored by Tomi was amazing. I had given him a list of topics for my higher maths GCSE at the start of the tutoring and each session we would go over the topic from the last session just to really reinforce that concept and then begin on a new topic. Even for topics I really struggled with and could never understand before, I really felt myself beginning to grasp them. Tomi explains things in such an easy way to understand and really helpfully draws diagrams, which worked especially well for me because I am partly a visual learner. Furthermore, the lessons were light-hearted and I could feel myself really relaxing in them, which made it easier to work. Tomi was really nice to talk to and is overall a really kind person who never once made me feel bad for not understanding a seemingly basic concept and I just felt thoroughly supported throughout. He would even tell jokes and we could have a little bit of a joke around whilst we navigate the trickier topics. At the start of Tomi’s sessions, I was highly anxious about doing my maths GCSE and I did not feel ready at all. By the end of my time with Tomi, I walked into my exams confidently and could easily do topics that I previously could not even touch. I ended up passing my maths GCSE with a pretty high grade and I’m so grateful for Tomi’s services and overall kindness. I would 100% recommend Tomi for anyone who needs a little bit of help understanding and grasping concepts, especially in maths!"
